About The Position

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience

Responsibilities
- Prepare appealing and appetizing foods for patients, cafeteria and catered events.
- Ensure special diet recipes are followed for patients to receive their proper nutritional requirements.
- Follow and comply with recipe guidelines.
- Perform other responsibilities to help normal operation in the Department.
- Follow and adhere to all food safety and HACCP guidelines.
- Complete all HACCP documentation throughout preparation.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Perform routine cleaning assignments.
