About The Position

The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for all phases of product movement, including receiving and/or shipping responsibilities. The role oversees the receiving department and coordinates work assignments. Duties include handling inbound and outbound products, maintaining inventory, performing quality control, and preparing products and materials for storage, shipment, or packaging. Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of experience in a leadership role in receiving.
• Must comply with and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Must be able to work a variable shift schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends as required.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, including physically lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must ensure accuracy of work.
• Forklift certification required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving department and coordinate work assignments.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Pick orders.
• Operate equipment.
• Shrink-wrap products.
• Prepare products for shipment.
• Conduct and prepare physical inventory counts.
• Store inbound finished goods and raw materials.
• Perform quality control for outbound finished goods and raw materials.
• Stage finished goods for outbound shipment.
• Prepare raw materials for packaging.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
