About The Position

The Warehouse Team Leader supports warehousing, production, and logistics in material flow and inventory controls. The role works with Site Production Operations, Planning, and Quality to help ensure efficient and effective product transportation. It monitors warehouse processes to support continuous flow and smooth inventory transitions that meet production needs, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a logistics function or materials management.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Excel and Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a computer or other office equipment.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to wear site PPE as required.
• Ability to walk for extended distance or time.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with material flow management, goods receiving, demand/consumptions, ERP (SAP), MES (CPMS), and WMS (Reflex) systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse activities, including receiving, put away, bulk storage, picking for the production floor, cycle counting, and physical inventory.
• Support production execution, including material requests and issues from the warehouse, physical production, returns to the warehouse, inspection, scrap, finished-goods recording, case and pallet label printing, line cycle counting, vendor returns, and shipping.
• Tender finished goods by moving them to the staging area, meeting labeling requirements, considering stackability factors, performing visual inspection, and making the final move to the distribution center.
• Monitor warehouse processes to ensure continuous flow and smooth inventory transitions that meet production needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
