Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in support functions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex or non-standard tasks and guide the daily work of others
  • Highly proficient in their area of expertise
  • Apply independent judgment regularly
  • Trusted to complete assignments with minimal supervision
  • Experience should reflect responsibility for coordinating team efforts, mentoring peers, and identifying opportunities to improve work processes, tools, or methods.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures materials are received from proper vendors, that they are delivered to inventory, and that finished goods are packaged according to specification and shipped in a timely manner.
  • Reviews receipt of all materials to ensure purchase orders are open and the quality of materials received is correct.
  • Ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control.
  • Ensures materials are available to meet production schedules and/or products are shipped as per marketing schedules.
  • Maintains documentation to reflect the effectiveness and efficiency of department activities.
  • Provides advanced support by leading the daily work of a team, allocating tasks, reviewing work quality, and serving as a key resource for team members.
  • Applies detailed functional knowledge to complete assignments in effective and resourceful ways, while also identifying opportunities to improve work processes, methods, or tools.
  • Regularly addresses complex or unusual problems, researching alternatives and selecting the most appropriate solutions to support team success.
  • Communicates complex or sensitive information clearly with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Completes challenging assignments independently, mentors less-experienced colleagues, and assists supervisors in coordinating and guiding team performance.
  • Contributes to the team's success by embracing guiding principles and behaviors and actively participating in a culture that puts patients first.
  • Demonstrates exceptional teamwork, agility, accountability, and respect, cultivating an environment where collaboration and continuous improvement thrive.
