About The Position

Charger Water Treatment Products is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Lead to oversee our warehouse operations in Pottstown, PA. As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflow, and leading a team to maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity while still participating in the daily warehouse duties. This leadership role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to support the smooth distribution of our water treatment products.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification preferred).
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 70 lbs.
  • Proficient with warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.
  • Reliable and able to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with flexibility for overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff including receiving, storing, assembling, and shipping water treatment products.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and oversee cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize processes.
  • Manage and prioritize workload to meet production deadlines and customer demands.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain the facility's cleanliness and organization.
  • Foster a positive team environment and resolve conflicts as needed.
  • Work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with occasional overtime as required.
