Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Team Lead (Warehouse) located at our manufacturing facility in Concord, NC. As a Team Lead (Warehouse), you will lead the team and be primarily responsible for restoring interrupted process flow and creating and implementing standardized work procedures. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! Ultimately, you will play a very important role on our manufacturing team and will coordinate safety and quality monthly training meetings. Requirements
- 3+ years of manufacturing or warehouse team lead experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced PC knowledge to include Microsoft office
- Experience in manufacturing systems such SAP- PRE/PRL
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work a split shift schedule and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
- Ensure established safety policies are adhered to and followed while striving to improve safety awareness each day.
- Develop, implement and monitor standard workflow compliance.
- Build teamwork and collaboration within warehouse operation to increase morale and productivity thresholds.
- Monitor work to meet/exceed established warehouse standards and prescribed volume requirements.
- Maintain records and prepare necessary documentation.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.
- Perform daily inspection of warehouse.
- Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Coordinate safety and quality monthly training meetings.
