About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for its Warehouse & Logistics team. The role manages the daily operations of the Logistics Center cost-effectively while meeting internal and external customer needs. The Team Lead supports a productive and efficient work environment and contributes to fulfilling customer demands. The schedule is five days per week, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to monitor daily production goals and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and frequently walk, carry, reach, stand, and stoop.

• Forklift certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational flow, including incoming and outgoing shipments, merchandise organization, and accurate warehouse inventory.
• Work with team members and the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations, provide training, and escalate employee issues as needed.
• Mentor employees, monitor team performance against KPIs, and prepare operational reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance.
