Warehouse Support - Fergus Falls, MN
About The Position
The Warehouse Support role assists with daily operations by supporting warehouse and transportation functions as needed. The position helps maintain efficient workflow through package handling, route coverage when needed, vehicle parking and fueling, and freight sorting. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a 5:00 PM start. Employees may be expected to cover variable shifts based on business needs. Overtime is paid at time and a half after 40 hours per week. The stated pay range is $25.00–$31.75 per hour, based on experience; starting pay is determined by relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards, and be able to pass a DOT physical. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of leadership and transportation industry experience are preferred. The position requires passing a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record that meets company standards.
- Be able to pass a DOT physical exam.
- Be able to bend, lift, twist, carry, and slide freight weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Be able to work with freight that may include hazardous materials, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals.
- Be able to read labels at a fast pace and work independently.
- Be able to operate a manual transmission or be willing to learn.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

Responsibilities
- Assist with parking and fueling vehicles.
- Cover routes when needed.
- Ensure trailer cuts are made for timely delivery to branches.
- Communicate with warehouse staff and other management to resolve discrepancies.
- Manage security of the yard and building.
- Assist in stacking and sorting freight to ensure its flow.
- Cover various shifts as needed.
- Perform other required duties as assigned.
