Warehouse Supervisor
About The Position
Signal Group is looking for a dedicated and hard-working Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll oversee shipping, receiving, inventory management, and returns—ensuring everything runs efficiently and accurately. You’ll also play a key role in training and developing warehouse staff, solving operational challenges, and collaborating closely with leadership to continuously improve processes. Requirements
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with warehouse operations and team leadership
- Ability to train and mentor employees effectively
- Proficiency with computers and warehouse management systems
- Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Hi-lo (forklift) certification
- Hazmat shipping certification
- Warehouse leadership or supervisory experience

- EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) familiarity
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment and shipping accuracy
- Oversee shipping schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Train, coach, and support warehouse team members
- Manage inventory control, receiving, and cycle counts
- Monitor warehouse activity and partner with leadership on staffing needs
- Oversee product returns from start to finish
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards
- Analyze data and reporting to improve efficiency and productivity
- Develop and document processes to enhance warehouse operations
- Take on additional projects as needed
