About The Position

Signal Group is looking for a dedicated and hard-working Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll oversee shipping, receiving, inventory management, and returns—ensuring everything runs efficiently and accurately. You’ll also play a key role in training and developing warehouse staff, solving operational challenges, and collaborating closely with leadership to continuously improve processes. Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Ability to stay positive and solution-focused in challenging situations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with warehouse operations and team leadership
  • Ability to train and mentor employees effectively
  • Proficiency with computers and warehouse management systems
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Hi-lo (forklift) certification
  • Hazmat shipping certification
  • Warehouse leadership or supervisory experience

  • NetSuite experience
  • EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) familiarity

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment and shipping accuracy
  • Oversee shipping schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Train, coach, and support warehouse team members
  • Manage inventory control, receiving, and cycle counts
  • Monitor warehouse activity and partner with leadership on staffing needs
  • Oversee product returns from start to finish
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards
  • Analyze data and reporting to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and document processes to enhance warehouse operations
  • Take on additional projects as needed
