The warehouse supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of receiving, storing, and issuing materials to the site. They will lead the team, manage inventory accuracy, and enforce all safety protocols and standards to maintain a productive, compliant facility. They will be the strategic interface with maintenance, planning, and operations so that the warehouse can supply the materials needed to operate and maintain the site. This will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, putting workers’ safety as a top priority. Track and account for all incoming and outgoing material and their value. Perform various inventory counts, order supplies and goods as needed. Ensure processes are in place to support and meet the End Users (customer) requirements. Maintain warehouse machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced and maintain a clean warehouse. The incumbent will also oversee the warehouse and inventory management functions and assist in the hiring and training process of new warehouse staff.
