The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the labeling, storage, inventory control, and warehouse operations functions under the direction of the Warehouse Manager. This role supports achievement of fixed and variable cost targets while ensuring compliance with DMC Foods policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), employee safety standards, quality requirements, food safety systems, and lean manufacturing initiatives. The Warehouse Supervisor provides leadership to warehouse employees to ensure production, labeling, maintenance, and storage goals are achieved safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
