Requirements

High school diploma required.
Three to five years of supervisory experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution, or logistics operations.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, inventory processes, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on safety, accuracy, and team performance.

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations for a workforce of up to 50 associates, ensuring productivity, accuracy, efficiency, and safety goals are achieved.
Plan, prioritize, and assign work based on operational demands and staffing levels while adapting to changing business needs.
Monitor operational performance and provide reporting to leadership.
Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and develop employees while providing coaching and performance feedback.
Partner with Warehouse Management and Human Resources to address attendance, performance, and corrective action matters.
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
Serve as a keyholder responsible for opening, closing, and securing the facility.
Oversee operational documentation, ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders, and supervise the safe operation of warehouse equipment.
Identify and resolve operational challenges while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
