This role involves maintaining a safe environment, managing team scheduling and logistics, participating in daily stock counts, and overseeing all other responsibilities as they arise. Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of supervisory experience leading teams within a Warehouse environment.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience working to and improving KPI performance.
  • Experience in handling IT equipment.
  • Understanding of Lean principles is beneficial.
  • Possess the mindset of continuous improvement is required.
  • Experience in Inventory control & asset management is required.
  • Experience in leading teams in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English is a must.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and a good, anticipated planner.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Dangerous Goods is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate & supervise the Warehouse operations team on the delivery of safety, service, and accuracy of inbound and outbound activities.
  • Manage the warehouse team members' PTO to avoid any disruption to warehouse operations.
  • Manage all inbound and outbound activities at both warehouses and provide guidance to warehouse team members.
  • Establish and continuously improve work processes and enforce their implementation across warehouses.
  • Participate in daily stock counts, annual audits, or any required stock takes, and troubleshoot variances.
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude, think outside the box, and enhance teamwork in daily activities.
  • Serve as the point of contact within the Warehouse for troubleshooting, approvals, first-level escalations, and HR activities.
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude, especially with new projects that have different requirements than day-to-day warehouse activities.
  • Oversee exceptional performance levels across all areas of the operation, including goods in, processing, inventory control, fulfillment, picking, dispatch, and returns.
  • Assist the Supply Chain Manager with the delivery of Business Plans, KPIs, and driving EOS values, ensuring people processes are delivered and embedded into the Warehouse function.
  • Prepare reports and/or documentation to share with key stakeholders regarding KPIs, projects, and queries.
  • Ensure all inbound & outbound shipments are planned, actioned, and adhere to SLA and regulatory requirements.
  • Play a key part in developing best-in-class operations and share best practices internally.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives, demonstrating tangible improvements/savings for EOS.
  • Maintain the highest levels of tidiness, cleanliness, and organization across all Warehouse work areas.
  • Seek out waste reduction initiatives.
  • Conduct 1:1s with all direct reports per EOS methodology.
  • Cultivate a positive, harmonious, and fun working environment.
  • Extend support to other projects assigned by EOS management.
