This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or an equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
  • Minimum 4 years proven warehouse management experience.
  • Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • High level of organization, time management and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English (US SB only).
  • Intermediate MS Office knowledge.
  • General knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety regulations.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Software
  • Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.
  • Valid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CND/USA/MX.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors and service providers.
  • Supervise and complete packaging, receiving, and shipping activities.
  • Track in-bound and out-bound inventory.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team and other departments.
  • Escalate issues to managers and recommend potential solutions.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.
  • Schedule and arrange needed preventative maintenance programs for all equipment to comply with lease conditions to maximize output and reduce costly repairs.
  • Exercise independent judgment by providing directions and assistance with day-to-day tasks, prioritization and resources management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams deadlines to align schedules and priorities.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service by monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback ensuring high standards of service are maintained.
  • Manage a group of 15 to 20 employees.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.
  • Assign tasks to team members.
  • Hire and Terminate employees.
  • Assist with training and guidance of direct reports.
  • Monitor work volumes of direct reports to ensure entries are completed to customs regulations guidelines.
  • Supervise team members, conduct team meetings, monitor attendance, and work schedules.
