PT Warehouse Supervisor
About The Position
The Warehouse Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The supervisor develops relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates training; manages department resources; and ensures employees follow applicable safety policies and requirements. The role promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement. It also supports employees’ professional growth through development plans, orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, and coaching.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
