About The Position

This position assists with dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks that support the dispatch and preload teams. The employee analyzes dispatch plans, identifies opportunities, publishes reports, and conducts service audits. The role verifies system downloads, identifies service failures and exceptions, prints and distributes daily reports, updates reports and communicates changes to PDS, uses mapping tools, compares actual dispatch with planned dispatch using previous data, maintains loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops, uses available reports and systems, and completes a monthly dispatch audit.

Requirements

Knowledge of Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC.
Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software.
Customer-focused, with strong planning and organization skills.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
Familiarity with package flow technologies preferred.
