About The Position

This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The supervisor sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The position manages department resources and supports employee development through orientation, skills and safety training, regular evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans. It also ensures employees follow applicable safety policies and procedures and that operations comply with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
