About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Associate, also described in the posting as a Package Handler, to support warehouse operations at its Phoenix, Arizona location. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the operations team by handling packages while maintaining quality and following safety protocols. The position pays $19.00 per hour, plus a $1.00-per-hour weekend differential incentive, and pay is weekly.

The listed shift is 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with schedules of Thursday through Monday, Tuesday through Saturday, or Saturday through Wednesday. Hours may vary based on business needs. The end of a sort is when required sorting work and cleanup activities, as directed by site management, are complete.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to stay on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices; safety is identified as the company's first core value.
• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
