About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations at its Phoenix, Arizona location. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the operations team, with an emphasis on quality and following safety protocols to maintain a productive and secure work environment. The posted schedule is 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., with multiple schedules available; hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to remain on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices; safety is the company’s first core value.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
