This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, driving efficiency, and leading a high-performing team. Requirements
- Prior warehouse leadership experience, preferably in distribution and inventory control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to cover other shifts as needed.
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and support warehouse associates to achieve productivity and accuracy goals.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and budget-conscious movement of goods.
- Safeguard inventory accuracy, minimize shrinkage, and resolve stock issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with buyers and operations leaders to address challenges and improve workflows.
