About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations, including supervising the warehouse team and the implementation and maintenance of logistics processes. The role oversees inventory management, warehouse security, and safety. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or as business and operational needs require. The expected base salary starts at $55,000 annually, with the possibility of a higher salary based on experience and negotiations. The position is also eligible for a bonus based on specific, relevant business metrics.

Requirements

• Leadership skills, including the ability to delegate and prioritize.
• Ability to safely perform physical activities associated with warehouse work.
• Knowledge of the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Experience using warehouse management systems.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of supervisory, warehouse, and logistics experience preferred.
• A four-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and designate daily work assignments.
• Supervise inbound and outbound shipping activity and ensure customer service goals are attained.
• Select routing for trucks and ensure loading operations are compliant.
• Maintain the security of warehouse equipment and materials.
• Ensure procedures are followed under ISO regulations and that employees follow safety rules.
