About The Position
Honor Foods is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for their 2nd shift operations. This role involves overseeing daily operations, driving efficiency, and inspiring a high-performing team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will lead the team, ensure smooth operations, maintain inventory integrity, promote safety, and collaborate with other departments to enhance workflows.
Requirements
- Prior warehouse leadership experience, preferably in distribution and inventory control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be willing to cover other shifts as needed.
- Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and support warehouse associates to hit productivity and accuracy goals.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring everything moves on time and on budget.
- Safeguard inventory accuracy, minimize shrinkage, and solve stock issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work with buyers and operations leaders to solve challenges and enhance workflows.
