About The Position

The Temp To Full-Time Warehouse Lead/Supervisor manages daily shipping, receiving, and production workflows, specifically gasket/bolt fabrication. This role involves leading a team to meet safety, quality, and deadline requirements. Key responsibilities include supervising personnel, operating forklifts and other machinery, managing inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient packing and dispatch.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of warehouse and shipping experience
• Proficiency in blueprint reading
• Forklift operation
• Inventory control methods
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift materials (up to 50 lbs with assistance)

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and delegates tasks to warehouse staff, providing guidance to ensure production levels are met.
• Oversees daily workflow, including receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of gaskets and bolts.
• Conducts cycle counts, maintains inventory records, and resolves discrepancies.
• Operates forklifts, saws, and gasket-making equipment to meet customer specifications.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and ensures equipment is maintained, adhering to all safety policies.
