About The Position

To support our extraordinary teams who build and support products movement and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Austin, Round Rock, TX. The Warehouse Supervisor would be accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records supporting the Shift Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (M-F)some Saturdays will be required

Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Typically requires 3 years of experience working for warehouse facility or a service industry shipping or related field.
Office Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to includes processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience of WMS like BAAN, BOM, BOL preferred

Responsibilities

Oversees warehouse ,the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
Maintains files on all equipment.
Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse.
Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
Participating in a Cross functional team setting , coordinate with customers , operations and internal team as and when required for the smooth warehouse operations .
Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse and manage the inventory .
