About The Position

Gosincro is a 3rd-party logistics provider, offering parcel fulfillment and sortation solutions around the world. Our clients are eCommerce marketplaces that utilize our technology, operations, and courier resources to deliver orders to their customers globally. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of associates for our 3PL facility. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing strong leadership guidance for all associates on the team. Job Summary Lead and supervise the 2nd shift operations team in our fast-paced 3PL warehouse. You will oversee a team of warehouse associates, ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and drive operational excellence while meeting productivity and accuracy targets. The Supervisor also manages timecards, leave requests, and attendance tracking through Paylocity.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3 plus years of previous warehouse experience as Supervisor required
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Strong understanding of productivity standards, quality control, and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to coach, train, and hold employees accountable respectfully and professionally.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Dangerous Goods/Prohibited Goods or battery inspection experience is a plus
  • Forklift certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates; conduct performance reviews, assign tasks, and provide ongoing feedback or corrective action.
  • Plan, prioritize, and oversee sorting operation, receiving, inspection, storage, fulfillment, and shipping of inventory.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with inspection standards for prohibited/restricted items, damaged goods, improper packaging, DG/PG, and battery regulations.
  • Schedule team members based on carrier delivery volume; recommend or approve overtime as needed.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, pallet stacker, forklift – certification provided if needed).
  • Train staff on standard operating procedures and safe equipment operation.
  • Resolve employee, vendor, and carrier issues quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, secure, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Load/unload trucks and move pallets as required.
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals.
  • Open and Close warehouse when scheduled.
  • Participate in and lead during emergency response procedures.
  • Review and approve time-off requests, ensure accurate timecard records, monitor daily attendance, and submit incident or accident reports in a timely manner.
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and on the job training.
  • Partner with HR on investigations, corrective actions, and policy compliance.
  • Ensure employees understand expectations and maintain a positive work environment.
