About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring areas of responsibility are compliant with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives. The role involves developing and maintaining procedures, preparing and analyzing business reports, and utilizing data to identify operational improvement opportunities. The Warehouse Supervisor will also complete and prioritize work assignments, collaborate with various stakeholders, and resolve associate challenges. Key responsibilities include managing associates, coordinating job-related activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and mission. Additionally, the role provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, manages work plans and workloads, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year's Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years' experience in Dairy processing, manufacturing, or food processing.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures areas of responsibility are compliant with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives.
  • Develops, distributes, and maintains procedures and supporting documentation.
  • Prepares, reviews, and analyzes business reports.
  • Utilizes data to identify operational improvement opportunities related to production, quality, and safety.
