About The Position

Randa is hiring Warehouse Stock / Shipping Associates for its distribution center in St. Rose, Louisiana. Associates help move products through the warehouse and support the timely, high-quality fulfillment of customer orders. The role involves working independently and as part of a team under leadership supervision, following warehouse procedures and safety policies, and learning different aspects of warehouse operations. Forklift certification and training are provided. The work environment is climate-controlled and has a community culture.

The position is full-time, with a stated schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The schedule may change when overtime is required. Pay is $12.00–$13.00 per hour, with a $500 sign-on bonus paid within the first 90 days.

Requirements

• Be able to stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Be able to repeatedly lift and carry merchandise weighing 5–50 pounds.
• Be physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories for maintaining and managing a warehouse.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work as an active team member to complete team goals.
• Complete assigned orders in a timely manner.
• Follow proper processes and procedures.
• Communicate effectively.
• Cross-train in other departments when time allows.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
