We're gearing up for our busiest time of year, and PHE is looking for Seasonal Order Fulfillment Associates to jump in and help us keep the orders moving! We have openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, so there are a few different schedules to choose from. And just so we're all on the same page, we sell sex toys and other adult products. Yep, you'll see them, pack them, and work around them every day. You don't have to be an expert, but you do need to be comfortable working around adult products and have a professional, open-minded attitude. Requirements
- 1+ year of warehouse, stocking, fulfillment, shipping/receiving or similar experience preferred
- Experience with handheld scanners or a warehouse management system (WMS) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer skills (QC & Support also needs comfort with data entry, email and Microsoft Office)
- Ability to read and follow pick lists, packing slips and product information
- Ability to work at a steady pace in a fast-moving environment and meet productivity goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to help wherever needed
- 3rd shift: overnight work experience preferred
- Able to stand, walk and stay on your feet for extended periods
- Able to lift, carry, push and pull products and packages
- Lifting up to 50 lbs (Stocking & Receiving, QC & Support) or up to 70 lbs (3rd Shift Stock)
- Close vision for reading labels, item numbers and documents

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, organize and stock merchandise so products are accurate, properly stored, and ready for order fulfillment.
- Unload deliveries and check shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Inspect merchandise for damage, shortages or overages, and report any issues
- Label, sort and put away products in the correct warehouse locations
- Restock pick locations and help with inventory and cycle counts
- Safely operate forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, hand trucks and handheld scanners. The cherry picker requires working at elevated heights.
- Help with picking, packing, order staging, carrier pickup and mail distribution as needed
- Inspect completed customer orders for accuracy and quality before they ship.
- Scan and open packages, and compare contents against packing slips and order details
- Find and correct incorrect, missing or damaged items, and document the results
- Inspect about 130–150 packages per shift, a goal of roughly 35 per hour
- Scan, label, sort and return "put back" items to the correct inventory locations
- Review flagged orders for signs of fraud and escalate concerns
- Support picking, packing, shipping, receiving, mail and inventory counts during busy periods
- Keep the warehouse stocked and organized overnight so the day team is ready to fulfill orders.
- Restock pick locations from reserve storage
- Verify item numbers, descriptions, quantities and locations while stocking
- Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts and handheld scanners
- Identify and report misplaced, damaged or missing merchandise
- Help reorganize stock locations and assist with inventory counts
- Communicate with the day and evening teams for a smooth shift handoff
