About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Warehouse Associates to support its warehouse operations in Romeoville, Illinois. Associates contribute to the smooth functioning of the operations team, with a focus on quality and compliance with safety protocols. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday, with shift hours of 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM or until the sort is complete. Hours may vary based on business needs; “End of Sort” means completion of the required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse temperatures that vary with the seasons, including heat and cold.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally weighing up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices; safety is OnTrac’s first core value.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively as part of the team to complete the work.
