About The Position

Warehouse Staff prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup, receive and process warehouse stock, perform inventory controls, maintain quality standards, and help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. The role supports store customers and aims to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Staff operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, follow company procedures and safety rules, record inventory activity, and perform other tasks as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• One year of previous forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a hot warehouse environment.

• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
• Receive and process warehouse stock, including picking, unloading, labeling, and replenishing or restocking store products.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits.
• Keep the work environment clean and safe and optimize space utilization.
• Complete inventory diary logs.
• Report discrepancies.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and perform preventive maintenance on warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required.
• Provide customer service that supports stores in serving their paint customers.
• Observe safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly.
