About The Position

Gordon Food Service is seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Selector for our 2nd shift, full-time position. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our success by ensuring seamless order processing and delivery to our customers. You will be on your feet for 10 hours, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in freezer conditions. While no prior experience is required as we provide dedicated training, the ability to work in extreme temperatures and lift heavy objects is essential. This position offers a competitive starting wage that increases with production and efficiency, with selectors averaging 122% of their base salary. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work on your feet for 10 hours.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions).
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Successfully pass a drug test.
• Successfully pass a background check.

• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
