About The Position

The Warehouse Order Selector picks, gathers, and organizes products and prepares orders for delivery to local customers. The role involves selecting products from storage, building and wrapping pallets, and supporting safe and accurate order fulfillment. The position pays $26.99 per hour, increasing to $27.58 after a 90-day probationary period. It is full-time on second shift, working four 10-hour days, with Sundays and Fridays required. The position is at 2215 Union Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53081.

Requirements

High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma in General Studies.
Ability and willingness to follow material-handling equipment safe operating procedures.
Ability to safely lift and handle products weighing 1–60 pounds or more, including lifting from floor to overhead.
Ability to safely handle sharp objects, including box-cutting tools.

Responsibilities

Pick various items using order sheets or an audio headset.
Stack items on pallets for wrapping and loading at bay doors.
Ensure order accuracy while following safety standards.
Operate a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to remove product cases from storage racks and place them on pallets; apply selection labels to cases where applicable.
Use proper wrapping techniques to protect products from damage.
Inform a supervisor of differences in case quantity or product description.
Inspect equipment and complete the appropriate inspection form.
Safely handle frequent lifting of cases with varying weights, shapes, and heights.
Follow material-handling equipment safe operating procedures.
