Warehouse Sales Associate
About The Position
Mosaic is hiring a Warehouse Sales Associate to support warehouse operations and provide excellent customer service. The role involves receiving and processing deliveries, organizing inventory, loading and unloading trucks, fulfilling orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse. The associate will build customer relationships, help resolve problems, assist with sales when needed, and occasionally support customer transactions and inquiries in the Counter Sales Area. Mosaic specializes in home remodeling products, including cabinetry, plumbing, lighting, tile, stone, and flooring. The company describes opportunities for career growth and advancement.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Customer service skills and comfort communicating with customers.
- Ability to repeatedly lift more than 70 pounds throughout the workday.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing situations.
Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and organize deliveries accurately.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, efficient, and fully operational.
- Build strong relationships with customers, solve problems, and assist in sales when needed.
- Occasionally assist with customer transactions and inquiries in the Counter Sales Area.
