About The Position
The Warehouse Runner supports concession operations at Norfolk Scope Arena by stocking concession stands and portable locations, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring products are available during events. The role includes receiving and organizing deliveries, rotating and storing inventory, and assisting the concessions team as needed. The position pays $14.00–$16.00 per hour and will remain open until December 31, 2026.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of foodservice or hospitality warehouse experience.
- Food service certification.
- Flexible work schedule.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
- Ability to frequently lift heavy objects.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to excellent attendance in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations.
- Follow company standards for inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and product quality.
- Keep concession stands clean by removing trash and recyclables.
- Rotate food products while stocking to ensure the freshest products are served.
- Maintain the warehouse by sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning commissary dishes.
- Keep storage areas and inventory neat, organized, and sanitary.
- Deliver items according to requisitions and arrange inventory using the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method.
- Maintain the security of storage areas by ensuring they are properly locked and protected.
- Assist with monthly inventory as directed.
- Note inventory needed for upcoming events.
