About The Position

Drive Medical is a leading manufacturer of medical products serving homecare, long-term care, retail, and e-commerce channels in more than 100 countries. The Warehouse Returns Clerk is responsible for classifying and processing returned products in accordance with relevant processes. This is a part-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The stated pay range is $22.50 to $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process all returned goods in SAP according to NADC-SOP-0074.
• Inspect products and accurately update inspection notes in SAP.
• Work with Customer Solutions to resolve RMA order discrepancies.
• Ensure inventory is accurate and spreadsheets are updated daily.
• Move items physically and in SAP to the proper locations for processing.
• Comply with safety standards, including maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
