About The Position

Hensley Beverage Company is a multi-generational, family-owned Arizona beverage wholesaler distributing a wide portfolio of beverages, including beer, non-alcoholic beverages, wines, and spirits. The company supports communities and organizations throughout Arizona through philanthropy and volunteerism.

The Warehouse Repack position is based in Phoenix and supports customers in the West Valley. The role sorts, repacks, and stacks products according to Hensley standards, while following safety, quality, and workflow procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have good communication skills and a cheerful disposition.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work well with others and interact with diverse personalities.
• Read code dates proficiently.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Maintain good attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Previous beverage industry or warehouse experience is helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a culture of “Safety First.”
• Keep the work environment clean by cleaning while working.
• Clean products to new condition and exceed predefined quality standards.
• Follow instructions when reworking and repacking products.
• Follow Hensley processes to complete work accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with restacking and reworking damaged inbound loads as needed.
• Communicate issues and workflow improvement ideas to managers.
