About The Position

The Warehouse Receiving Technician processes inbound and outbound shipments to and from multiple departments, suppliers, and customers. The role ensures orders are complete, accurately packaged and labeled, and properly stored, moved, or shipped in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). The work is fast-paced and involves maintaining accurate documentation and transactions, keeping the warehouse organized and clean, and following workplace safety practices and Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and write basic English.
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, email, and ability to learn the inventory software program.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to lift 50 pounds from ground to waist.
Ability to work standing for 8 to 10 hours a day.
High accuracy in all aspects of job function.
Strong personal and professional ethics and character.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work as a team member and interface effectively with all levels of the organization, clients, outside agencies, organizations, and individuals.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification and/or experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare documents, logs, and correspondence to process incoming and outgoing products.
Maintain database updates, documentation files, and archives.
Ensure transactions are processed and completed accurately and on time.
Maintain a well-organized, clean, and orderly warehouse.
Ensure products are correctly packaged, labeled, and stored.
Understand and comply with cGMP requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
Demonstrate working knowledge of the warehouse environment and workplace safety.
