About The Position

The Warehouse - Receiving employee receives, inspects, verifies, and stocks incoming materials, processes nonconforming material, and supports customer will calls and delivery drivers. The role helps maintain clean and safe warehouse work areas and follows safety and quality programs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime as required. Compensation is $21.00 per hour or more depending on experience. A criminal background check is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to maneuver 75 or more pounds regularly.
• Regularly stand, bend, walk, lift, and reach.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to work well with others and follow directions.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Criminal background check required.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree preferred.
• Receiving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming material in a timely manner.
• Inspect and verify incoming material against the purchase order.
• Stock incoming materials in their appropriate locations.
• Process incoming nonconforming material.
• Assist with customer will calls.
• Assist drivers with loading and unloading deliveries and shipments.
• Keep warehouse work areas clean and safe.
• Practice safety and quality programs.
• Work overtime as required.
