About The Position

Iowa 80 is hiring a full-time Warehouse Receiving Specialist for its state-of-the-art, climate-controlled distribution center. This is an on-site position with a Monday–Friday schedule and no mandatory weekends. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with benefits. The role is suited to dependable team members who value quality, work well with others, solve problems, and are interested in a long-term career. Warehouse receiving experience or similar experience is required. A background check and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana, are required.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of warehouse receiving experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work.
• Problem-solving approach, including asking questions rather than making assumptions.
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience.
• Scanner experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Perform inventory counts and data entry.
• Operate warehouse equipment; training is provided.
• Work safely while supporting the team.
• Identify issues, ask questions, and help improve processes.
