About The Position

The Warehouse Receiving Associate receives, stores, selects, packs, and distributes warehouse inventory. The role involves unloading deliveries, identifying and processing materials, storing products in designated locations, and preparing customer orders to meet customer standards and expectations. The associate maintains a clean and orderly warehouse, follows safety procedures, and performs daily safety inspections. Delivery Driver duties may also be performed as needed, including operating a light van or delivery vehicle to deliver customer orders.

Requirements

• Forklift experience required.
• Steel-toed boots required.

Responsibilities

• Perform the physical tasks needed to lift and move inventory around the warehouse.
• Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment and materials according to the equipment’s intended purpose and the manufacturers’ instructions.
• Maintain an orderly and clean warehouse, follow Company safety procedures, and perform daily safety inspections.
• Unload delivery vehicles, accurately identify and break down materials, and note discrepancies.
• Store products in the proper locations according to the outlined process; use light equipment as required.
• Select and pack customer orders according to the outlined process and ensure they meet customer standards and expectations.
• Perform Delivery Driver duties as needed, including operating a light van or delivery vehicle and ensuring orders are delivered to meet customer expectations.
