About The Position

Mosaic is hiring a dependable, motivated Warehouse Receiving Associate for its Central Service Center in Doswell, Virginia. The role involves receiving and inspecting shipments, processing inventory with computer systems, operating warehouse equipment, and supporting broader warehouse operations. The position offers a weekday schedule, hands-on professional and technical training, and opportunities for advancement, including into team lead, supervisory, and management roles. Compensation is $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, qualifications, years of experience, and internal pay equity.

• Ability to regularly handle materials weighing 50–75 lbs., with team assistance when appropriate.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, receiving, or material-handling experience.
• Stand-up reach truck or forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and organize incoming shipments, inventory, and returns.
• Operate warehouse equipment and safely handle tile, stone, and other building materials.
• Use computer systems to process inventory, track shipments, and maintain accurate records.
• Support shipping, order fulfillment, stocking, and other warehouse operations as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while meeting established accuracy and productivity expectations.
