Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in warehouse receiving, preferably in an automotive or parts environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; training may be provided if necessary.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
Ability to lift heavy objects; the requirements section specifies the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Additional certifications in logistics or warehouse operations are a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive and unload incoming shipments of automotive parts and supplies.
Inspect received items for accuracy, damage, and quality, verifying them against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
Document and record received inventory in the warehouse management system.
Organize and store parts in designated areas to ensure easy retrieval and inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery discrepancies or issues.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
Support shipping and distribution activities when required.
