About The Position

The Warehouse Receiver performs shipping, inspection, and receiving of inbound goods and materials, including parcels and freight. The role documents material inspections and receipts in the procurement system to help prevent payment for items that were not received, and enters receipt details into the shipping manifest system. The Warehouse Receiver repackages and labels inspected goods for safe transport and delivery to platforms, identifies non-conforming materials for quarantine, and communicates with suppliers or company personnel to initiate resolution. The position also processes and documents inventory transactions and movements, prepares and ships requested stock materials to platforms, and assists with inventory counts and reporting.

Requirements

• Forklift experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ship, inspect, and receive inbound goods and materials, including parcels and freight.
• Document inspections and material receipts in the procurement system.
• Enter material receipt details into the shipping manifest system.
• Repackage and clearly label inspected goods for safe transport and delivery to platforms.
• Identify non-conforming materials and place them within the quarantine process.
• Communicate with suppliers or company personnel to begin resolution of non-conforming materials.
• Process inventory transactions to prepare, document, and ship stock materials to platforms upon request.
• Document inventory movements in the company’s inventory system.
• Assist with annual or monthly inventory counts and reporting.
