About The Position

W.B. Mason is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Receiver. This is a full-time, first-shift position with no nights or weekends required. The receiver unloads merchandise from delivery trailers, verifies and sorts incoming stock, and places items in designated storage areas. The role also involves reading customer orders, preparing materials for distribution, assisting with inventory tracking, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The company provides required training and certification before employees may operate each individual piece of material handling equipment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical ability to lift or move up to 75 lbs.
Ability to read invoices.
Ability to follow written and verbal assembly directions.
Mechanically inclined.
Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and math skills.

Responsibilities

Unload merchandise from delivery trailers.
Verify and sort incoming stock.
Place items in their designated storage areas.
Read customer orders and prepare materials for distribution.
Assist with inventory tracking.
Operate warehouse equipment after completing required training and certification.
Help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
