About The Position

The Fulfillment Quality Control Specialist provides support to specific departments within the fulfillment center, maintaining quality control and ensuring company standards and operating procedures are followed. The role audits processes, identifies and documents findings, and supports problem-solving to optimize quality in the assigned area and ensure items are processed to meet customer expectations. The specialist communicates best practices, reports employee progress and errors to management, and answers department questions or concerns about items going to customers.

Requirements

Prior Quality Control experience in a warehouse is required.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to resolve pallet math, with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Strong computer knowledge.
Ability to operate a hand scanner to enter data into a Warehouse Management system.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a warehouse environment.
Familiarity with B&H processes, culture, and product lines.
Previous or current knowledge of B&H policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Build partnerships with internal customers to ensure content delivery is relevant to current business needs.
Continuously and effectively communicate best practices.
Ensure Quality Control standards are met and optimized for each area.
Log Quality Control findings for documentation.
Communicate employee progress and error reports to management and provide next-step recommendations.
Provide audits and support to one area.
Ensure departments follow processing procedures based on Quality Control expectations to serve customers.
Answer department questions or concerns about items going to customers.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
