Warehouse Quality Control Specialist - 2nd Shift

About The Position

The Fulfillment Quality Control Specialist provides support to specific departments within the fulfillment center and maintains quality control in each assigned area. The role audits processes, resolves issues, and ensures company standards and operating procedures are followed regularly. The associate provides audits and support to one area, helps departments meet quality expectations for processing items for customers, and answers questions or concerns about items going to customers. The scheduled hours are Monday through Thursday, 3:45 p.m. to 11:45 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The role occasionally involves lifting items and packages up to 50 pounds and using a manual pallet jack.

Requirements

Prior warehouse Quality Control experience.
Ability to lift 50 pounds independently.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to resolve pallet math, with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Strong computer knowledge.
Ability to operate a hand scanner to enter data into a Warehouse Management system.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a warehouse environment.
Familiarity with B&H processes, culture, and product lines.
Previous or current knowledge of B&H policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Build partnerships with internal customers to ensure content delivery is relevant to current business needs.
Communicate best practices effectively and continuously.
Ensure Quality Control standards are met and optimized for each area.
Log Quality Control findings for documentation.
Communicate employee progress and error reports to management and provide next-step recommendations.
Provide audits and support to one assigned area.
Ensure departments process items according to Quality Control expectations to serve customers.
Answer department questions or concerns about items going to customers.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
