About The Position

Ryann Reed Design Build is hiring a Warehouse & Purchasing Coordinator to support projects from its office and warehouse in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. The role orders materials for active remodeling projects, receives and stages deliveries, maintains an organized warehouse, and tracks purchases to the correct job. Approximately 80% of the work supports Ryann Reed Design Build, with the remainder supporting Good Boy Roofing & Siding and general company purchasing. Entry-level candidates are welcome, and training will be provided to the right person. The position supports project schedules and budgets by coordinating orders, deliveries, inventory, returns, invoices, and supplier relationships. The role offers hands-on training and potential growth into a Warehouse & Purchasing Manager role as the company grows.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear, proactive communication and reliable follow-through.
Comfort with computers, Google Sheets, email, and learning new software.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience in purchasing, warehouse, inventory, receiving, or a related role; entry-level candidates are also welcome.
General knowledge of construction materials, including lumber, drywall, tile, plumbing and electrical fixtures, and roofing and siding products.
Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

Order materials for remodeling projects based on budgets, plans, and client selections.
Track open orders and delivery dates, and flag delays early.
Receive and inspect deliveries, then stage and label materials by job for crews.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and inventoried.
Handle returns and ensure the company receives credit for them.
Match invoices to orders and help resolve billing issues.
Compare supplier pricing and build vendor relationships.
Enter and track purchases in JobTread, the company's project management system.
