About The Position

AC Infinity is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Warehouse Puller to pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. The position requires working effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with an emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and workplace safety. Proficiency and hands-on experience operating a sit-down forklift are required.

This is a full-time, in-person position in the City of Industry, California. The schedule is a day shift, Monday through Friday, with 40 expected hours per week and overtime available. Candidates residing elsewhere must relocate before starting work. Pay is $19.00–$23.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least one year of warehouse or similar experience.
• Hands-on experience and proficiency operating a sit-down forklift.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to read, write, and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.
• Commitment to following safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and required PPE practices.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts.

• Familiarity with packaging and shipping standards.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and accurately locate, pick, and verify merchandise.
• Inspect merchandise for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
• Pack orders securely and stage shipments neatly to prevent shipping errors.
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive, organize, and store incoming merchandise in designated locations.
• Safely operate sit-down forklifts and other warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and cherry pickers.
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate paperwork and database records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Promptly report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, damaged merchandise, and inventory shortages.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
