Overnight Warehouse Puller
About The Position
Halperns’ Steak & Seafood is hiring an Overnight Warehouse Puller at its Fort Lauderdale, Florida location. The role is responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting products to fulfill customer orders. The position involves working with frozen products and requires the ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions. Warehouse employees must be able to perceive auditory warning signals used to alert them to equipment movement, mechanical abnormalities, and other risks. Employees may work independently or as part of a team. The schedule is Sunday through Friday, starting at 7:00 p.m. and ending when work is finished. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Must be able to work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
- Must be able to work independently or within a team environment.
- Must provide the most recent employment experience for the application to be considered complete.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently select products to fulfill customer orders.
- Immediately perceive auditory warning signals concerning equipment operation, mechanical abnormalities, and other warehouse risks.
