About The Position

Hiring experienced Warehouse Associates for a well-established company. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity, with the goal of becoming a permanent employee in approximately 3–4 months (90–120 days), based on performance and attendance. Benefits become available after conversion. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, at $18 per hour. The role offers opportunities to learn new skills and advance.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience and a solid, verifiable work history.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stay busy and work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift heavy items and remain active throughout the shift.
• Current resume.
• Ability to meet background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and stock incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Use RF scanners, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
• Learn to operate sit-down forklifts and walkie riders; training is provided.
• Keep the work area organized and safe, and help ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team.
